Trust manages Hindu Temples (sacred place for worship) where a large section of society prays to God for peace, prosperity and well being and spiritual progress of human kind. Prayers makes us humble and closer to the almighty God. Positivity in a temple provides immense relief to the people suffering from modern life stresses through Vedic Sadhana and Dhyan (Meditation).
Regular spiritual discourses are organized for people where knowledgeable Sanyasis and learned Preachers from all over India are invited for teaching the sacred knowledge of Vedas and Puranas. Thousands of people are benefited through such programs.
Trust is operating a Primary School for the children residing around the temple area which is duly recognized by the State Government of Maharashtra. There are around 800 students currently benefiting from this service. A free bus service is also provided to these students who stay a little away from the school and who can not afford the cost of travelling to the school.
Young children are encouraged to take up Vedic learning as per the Gurukul Parampara along with the modern education to help them attain spiritual knowledge with modern teachings.
A free Medical Ambulance service is being operated by the trust for the people who need emergency medical services. This service is available to all irrespective of their religion, faith and social status.
Community kitchen (Bhandara) is regularly organized on many auspicious days as per hindu calendar. Through these programs, thousands of devotees are treated with wholesome satvik and nutritious food.
Regular medical camps are arranged for general awareness and early diagnosis of life threatening diseases. These medical camps are free for all which is arranged with the help of qualified Doctors who offer their services free of cost.
Cow has a very significant place in Hindu Culture. Cows are called as mother. It is now a proven fact that Indian cow products such as milk, curd, classified butter has got medicinal benefits which is very high in nutrition and low in calories. Cow dung and cow urine is used for many medicinal usages. Indian Puranas are filled with mystical stories about sacred powers of a cow and its benefits.
Shree Gyaneshwar Math Trust has build a very large Gaushala in a place around 40 kms away from Mumbai where cows are kept in a complete hygienic and natural habitat. Apart from this, every temple that is managed by the trust has some cows residing in the temple premises and are worshiped by the devotees.
